PET LIGER FAQs

PET LIGER is the most influential and important footwear brand of the 21st century that has yet to independently release a single pair of physical shoes. Playful and innovative, PET LIGER seamlessly blends the familiar with the novel, striving to inspire and promote a sense of awesomeness. It invites individuals to be themselves and express their feelings, embodying a spirit of self-expression and personal empowerment.

Up until now, our designs have been concepts showcased on our Instagram as part of an iterative journey in spatial design and 3D art. However, we are excited to announce that we are transitioning into the first phase of manufacturing with real-life products! Stay tuned on our Instagram for our upcoming product launches. As we lean into bringing the concepts to life, everything is subject to change. Be sure to sign up to our socials where we will keep you updated and informed as our production process continues.

The majority of these assets are concept designs. After many requests from our amazing community to bring them to life, we are now beginning our research and development phase to produce our first real-life versions of some designs. Check our website for available products and upcoming releases. Everything is subject to change as the product launch emerges.

Care instructions vary by product. Please refer to the care label attached to your product or the product page on our website for specific care instructions.
  • ⁠  ⁠Vinyl Resin Upper Sole: Clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid exposure to high heat to prevent warping.
  • ⁠  ⁠Napoli Leather: Wipe with a damp cloth and use a leather cleaner and conditioner regularly to keep the leather supple and protected. 
  • ⁠  ⁠⁠Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

PET LIGER aims to provide our products to a global audience through our website, though given the quality and nature of our products, there will be a limited number of products produced for our community, reducing the overall supply. Please ensure you sign up for our email newsletters to receive updates of our product launches, pre-orders and drops. PET LIGER products will be produced in a limited quantity and therefore will have increased demand.

You will be able to pre-order our products directly from our website by visiting the “Shop” section to browse and buy when each pre-order is live. We will provide further information on our social channels and via email about when our products will be available. Given the nature of our limited production cycle, there will be a limited number of products available at any given time.

The first available product by PET LIGER will be the LOVE HEELS, which will be available for pre-order on August 8, 2024. The availability of our future products will vary. Please check the product pages for specific release dates and availability information. We will provide further information on our social channels and via email.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Yes, we offer global shipping.

We cover all shipping and duty costs for your LOVE HEELS pre-order. However, the customer is responsible for paying the VAT and or other taxes. For more information on your country’s VAT regulations, please check your local guidelines.

Shipping times vary depending on the product. Due to the innovative nature of our designs, some items may take longer to produce and ship. We will provide specific timelines for each campaign and keep you updated throughout the process. Rest assured, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and will notify you once your order is ready to ship. Everything is subject to change as the product launch emerges.

Yes, once your pre-order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your pre-order on our website or through the carrier’s tracking system.

While we strive to deliver your pre-order on time, delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our customer service team for assistance – hello@petliger.com.

We will ship to most countries around the world. Please check our shipping policy page for a full list of countries we service.

Shipping for the LOVE HEELS will start in Q1 2025. This is because our innovative shoe design involves a very technical and intricate process, especially the mold process, which takes a significant amount of time to complete.

The LOVE HEELS feature a ground-breaking design that has never been done before. The manufacturing process, particularly creating the molds, is very complex and time-consuming, requiring extensive precision and attention to detail.

Once your pre-order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey to you.

We partner with reliable and reputable shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. The specific carrier may vary depending on your location.

Yes, once your pre-order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

If your pre-order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at hello@petliger.com. We will investigate the issue and provide you with an update as soon as possible.

At this time, we ship to most regions worldwide. If there are any specific restrictions or exceptions, they will be noted at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

The LOVE HEELS are made-to-order products created specifically for you based on your order details. Therefore, general returns for the LOVE HEELS are not accepted. Returns and refunds are only accepted under the specific exceptions listed below.

PET LIGER will gladly accept returns for exchanges if the item(s) received were damaged upon delivery. In such cases, PET LIGER will provide a new pair of LOVE HEELS in exchange. To qualify:

  • Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unworn with tags attached.
PET LIGER does not accept general returns or issue refunds for the LOVE HEELS, as they are made to order specifically for you. Refunds are only issued under the specific exceptions noted below.

PET LIGER will gladly accept returns for refunds if the item(s) received were damaged upon delivery and the customer does not wish to keep the LOVE HEELS. To qualify:

Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unworn with tags attached.
  • Refunds may take 10-15 days after the returned item is received.
  • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
PET LIGER will not accept returns for damaged items that have been worn or mishandled. Instructions for materials and care will be provided by email and included with the LOVE HEELS delivery. Adhering to these instructions ensures the longevity of your LOVE HEELS.
To return an item, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Due to the unique nature of our products and the complexity involved in production, we will not offer exchanges. If you have any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance by reaching out to hello@petliger.com.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or damaged. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately by emailing hello@petliger.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Damages must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. All damaged items must include the original tag, packaging and must not be worn or the return will be void.

Given the size of our team, we have limited opportunities to partner with PET LIGER for an Ambassador role. However, you will be able to fill out an application once made available and when we expand our ambassador program, we will reach out to you if you are aligned with our brand and purpose.

Spatial Fashion

Spatial fashion refers to the integration of digital and physical fashion through extended reality (XR) technologies. It enables immersive virtual experiences where users can try on and interact with fashion items in a 3D environment.
PET LIGER uses groundbreaking 3D visualization technology to blend physical and digital realms. Our vision is to provide virtual shopping experiences, supported by visionOS and collaborations with industry tech to offer realistic virtual try-ons and enhance customer engagement.
Spatial fashion offers immersive shopping experiences, enhanced realism, and on-demand production. These benefits help brands engage customers, reduce waste, and ensure authenticity through on-chain asset ownership and NFC verification.
Spatial fashion promotes sustainable practices by enabling on-demand production and realistic virtual try-ons. This approach reduces waste and the environmental impact of fast fashion by encouraging informed purchasing and production, eliminating extra waste from unsold product and ensuring that PET LIGER produces only the amount of goods demanded by consumers. This inherently limits the time frame in which products by PET LIGER are available and ensures that there is a limited supply made during production.
The spatial fashion market is expected to grow significantly, with digital wearables projected to reach $4.8 billion by 2031. This technology is set to drive the next wave of market disruption by merging digital assets with spatial computing.

ONLINE PAYMENTS & SECURITY
